Awake My Soul

I started listening to Mumford & Sons last summer and they
are my favorite band at the moment.

This is the band.

The lead singer, Marcus Mumford, has a really raw voice. It's awesome.

I've been meaning to paint a quote from one of their songs for a long time now.

This quote has always stood out to me.

It pertains to anything, everything, everyone.

Here is a link to the song it came from.

BOOM TOWN

Con Bro Chill (Connor Martin) is the latest YouTube sensation in the Lacrosse world.

This quote came from one of his most recent videos.

This is the painting.

Go KSU Owls!

If you're interested in more funny videos from Con Bro Chill, here are some of my favorites.

RAHHHH!

This is sideways but... I made this for my mom as an early Christmas gift.
She loved it, but we found out the sad way that it's not dishwasher safe.
(crrrackkkshatterbang)

This is the finished set.
I still can't figure out how I want to arrange them on the wall.

This is also sideways.
It's a crazy tree.
Also, this is my most recent painting.
I finished it last Sunday.

This is what I do.

This one is hanging in Margaret's room. I can't explain what it is. I just picked up a paint brush and this is what happened. I had no plan.

The above two I painted for Ben. He told me the colors and the quote he wanted.

Made this for my mom on mother's day

Quote from the song "Elias" by Dispatch.

ahhhhhh little MONSTERS!?

Painted this for Lauren cause she went to AFRICA!
She liked the quote and I just ran with it.

This was actually the first canvas I did.
I made it for Noah.
It now hangs above his toilet.

I made this for Nick on his birthday.
It's gator colors cause he's a gator.
(I am definitely not.)

".....and the world will be as one."
"Imagine" by John Lennon
This was my second canvas I did.

This was the first one which is now part of a whole set.
They will hopefully make it up on the wall one day.

I'll post more pictures when I come across them...or paint more.
